Shanghai China, July 4, 2024 – GL events Greater China, a regional branch of GL events, is pleased to announce the appointment of Romain Peiffert as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Stephen Lu as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective on July 1, 2024.
Romain Peiffert is a business leader with an excellent track record across multiple leading international companies. Romain joined GL events Greater China in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he has successfully established financial process for revenue management across 3 divisions, Live, Exhibitions and Venues, and provided strategic support to the President and all JVs in Greater China as a key business partner.
Stephen Lu is a business leader with a solid track record across exhibition business. Stephen worked for Messe München in China for over two significant decades. He held various management positions at different divisions and tradeshow portfolios during his over 20 years tenure in Messe München. Most recently, Stephen was Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Managing Director of Messe München in China.
